Assistant Store Manager (all genders) in Münster bist du für die optimale Aussteuerung deines Bereiches und in Abwesenheit des Store Managements, für den gesamten Store zuständig. Du bist für die persönliche und fachliche Entwicklung deiner bis zu 20 Mitarbeitenden verantwortlich. Als Teil des Store Management Teams trägst du maßgeblich zum wirtschaftlichen Erfolg unseres Stores und dessen kontinuierlicher Weiterentwicklung bei. Du sorgst gemeinsam mit deinem bis zu 20-köpfigen Team für eine optimale Warenbewirtschaftung der Fläche und entwickelst Maßnahmen zur Verbesserung deiner KPIs. Du beweist dein Gespür für unsere Kundschaft jeden Tag aufs Neue, indem du den Store aus Kundensicht betrachtest und mit deinen Mitarbeitenden die ideale Shopping-Atmosphäre schaffst. Du verantwortest 360° Personalthemen, angefangen von der Einstellung über die kennzahlenbasierte Einsatzplanung bis hin zur Ausbildung und Einarbeitung von neuen Mitarbeitenden. Du lebst die Zalando-Werte durch transparente, authentische und mitarbeiterorientierte Führung.

Du mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Einzelhandel sowie eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung hast. Du Erfahrung in der Führung von Mitarbeitenden (Entwicklung, Feedbackgespräche, Einsatz- und Urlaubsplanung) besitzt. Du Eigeninitiative, Entscheidungsstärke und Organisationsfähigkeit verfügst. Du ein gutes analytisches Verständnis und Kenntnisse über relevante Kennzahlen inklusive Ableitung von Maßnahmen mitbringst.
