What You’ll Do Lead HR strategy — Guide multi‑site workforce planning, staffing, and organizational needs across a high‑profile frontline portfolio. Drive high‑volume hiring — Build strong, reliable staffing pipelines to ensure every location is fully supported with engaged frontline employees. Champion employee relations — Conduct investigations, resolve workplace issues, and foster a fair, people‑first environment. Manage labor relations — Interpret CBAs, support grievance handling, and partner effectively with union representatives. Oversee payroll and compliance — Ensure accurate payroll, flawless HR record‑keeping, and adherence to all federal, state, and local labor laws. Elevate frontline culture — Lead HR initiatives that strengthen engagement, retention, communication, and development for hourly teams.
