1st shift CNC Machine operator, temp to hire, $20/hr Responsibilities for this Machinist job include: 1st shift CNC Machine operator, temp to hire, $20/hr Responsibilities for this Machinist job include: Set up and operate various machinery Load materials and verify correct program selection Monitor machine performance to ensure accuracy and efficiency Perform tool changes and basic machine adjustments Use precision measuring instruments including calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, thread and pin gages to verify part dimensions. Perform routine maintenance on machinery and tools to ensure optimal performances are maintained. Read and interpret shop drawings, cut lists, and production files Qualifications: 1+ year CNC machine operation experience preferred Ability to read a tape measure and blueprints Basic understanding of G-code or CNC programming is a plus Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Attention to detail and commitment to quality Adecco provides one of the most comprehensive benefits packages in the industry to contract workers.
