About The Role The role drives the product lifecycle from initial discovery through execution, bridging the gap between high-level business strategy and technical implementation for high-scale software platforms. This position focuses on defining the roadmap for core services, ensuring that engineering efforts align with market demands and user experience goals. The team operates at the intersection of complex backend architecture and user-facing features, requiring a product leader who can navigate technical constraints while advocating for the end user. This is an opportunity to own a specific product domain within a well-funded technology environment, managing stakeholders across engineering, design, and executive leadership. Key Responsibilities Define and maintain the product roadmap by synthesizing market research, customer feedback, and technical feasibility into prioritized backlogs Translate complex business requirements into detailed technical specifications and user stories for engineering and design teams Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives in an Agile environment to ensure velocity and alignment on key deliverables Establish and track success metrics using tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, or SQL-based dashboards to drive data-informed product decisions Partner with engineering leads to evaluate architectural trade-offs, managing technical debt while scaling product infrastructure Coordinate cross-functional launches with marketing, sales, and customer success to ensure seamless product adoption and feedback loops What We Are Looking For 3–7 years of experience in product management, specifically within B2B SaaS or high-growth technology environments Proven track record of shipping technical products or platform features from concept to production at scale Strong technical literacy with the ability to discuss API design, system architecture, and data schemas with engineering teams Experience using project management and analytics tools such as Jira, Linear, Confluence, and SQL for data extraction Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field Bonus: Experience with cloud infrastructure providers (AWS/GCP), fintech/payments domains, or an MBA #J-18808-Ljbffr Scale.jobs
