Hotel PBX Operator & Guest Concierge

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a PBX Operator for the Boston Marriott Burlington. The role focuses on answering calls within three rings, directing them to the correct departments, and delivering courteous guest service throughout the resort. You will dispatch calls, stay informed about resort events, and assist guests with reservations, activities, and local information.
