Travel Obstetrics Registered Nurse (RN)

Travel Obstetrics Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week contract at a critical access hospital near St. Francis, KS. Provide comprehensive nursing care to laboring, postpartum, and antepartum patients while working night shifts. Earn up to $2,700 per week with direct deposit and support from a dedicated recruiter.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care for laboring, postpartum, and antepartum patients
• Monitor maternal and fetal well-being throughout labor and delivery
• Assist physicians during deliveries and obstetric procedures
• Perform newborn assessments and provide immediate post-delivery care
• Educate patients and families on postpartum recovery, newborn care, breastfeeding, and discharge planning
• Respond quickly and effectively during obstetric emergencies
• Accurately document patient assessments, treatments, and outcomes
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure quality patient care

Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Kansas or Compact License preferred)
• Current BLS Certification
• Current ACLS Certification
• Current NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)
• Minimum of 2 years of recent OB/Labor & Delivery nursing experience
