You will follow individualized treatment plans created by a supervising BCBA and help bring those plans to life through structured, hands‑on therapy sessions. This includes supporting skill development, helping reduce challenging behaviors, and encouraging positive daily routines. A key part of your role will also include tracking progress through accurate data collection and staying connected with your clinical team to ensure each child is receiving consistent, high‑quality support. We are looking for someone who is reliable, detail‑oriented, and genuinely cares about making a meaningful difference in a child’s development.
