Our independent dental practice is hiring a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) for a full-time or part-time role starting in mid-November 2026. Compensation ranges from $50.00 to $65.00 per hour based on experience, complemented by quarterly bonuses.
# Clinical Responsibilities and Requirements
Candidates must possess a valid State License to practice Dental Hygiene, a degree from an accredited program, and current CPR/BLS certification. Primary duties involve performing preventive cleanings, periodontal therapy, scaling/root planing, taking digital radiographs, providing oral health education, and maintaining compliant electronic charts.
# Work Schedule Structure and Benefits Package
Operating hours feature early afternoons on Tuesdays and Thursdays (8 AM–2 PM), Mondays (8 AM–5 PM), Wednesdays (9 AM–7 PM), and one Friday per month, with weekends off. Benefits include medical insurance, 2 weeks paid vacation, 6 paid holidays, and a 401(k) retirement plan.

Work Schedule: Offers flexible full-time or part-time arrangements within office hours (Mondays 8–5, Tuesdays 8–2, Wednesdays 9–7, Thursdays 8–2, and one Friday per month). Applicants must hold an active state Dental Hygiene license, a degree from an accredited program, and current CPR/BLS certification.
