The City of O'Fallon is looking for energetic and dependable team members for the position of Aqua Aerobics Fitness Instructor with availability to include Tuesday and Thursday mornings. Are you looking for a part-time opportunity where you can use your water fitness know-how and skills in decision making, problem solving and dealing with the public? Our Aqua Aerobics Fitness Instructors enjoy a flexible schedule along with a fun work environment and earn competitive pay with an expected starting rate of pay of $25.00 hourly. As part of our Recreation team, this position plays an important role in providing water fitness instruction to groups and individuals. Generally, you'll teach a few classes each week, including helping out when a substitute teacher is needed.As an Aqua Aerobics Fitness Instructor, your duties and responsibilities will include:Providing instruction in a variety of water fitness classes and top notice customer service to patronsAttending mandatory in-service trainingProviding first aid and emergency rescue as neededWe're looking for someone who is knowledgeable in basic water fitness principles and skills. This person should be comfortable leading a group and teaching individuals. We are looking for instructors for our evening classes.Could this be the opportunity for you?
