CNC Machine Operator

Job TitlePrimary responsibility of this position is to operate CNC machines as well as EDM Machines to produce parts for aerospace, automotive or military purposes. Job duties include using hand gauges (calipers and micrometers) to ensure quality product and utilizing CNC (grinders, lathes and EDM) machines to produce metal parts for aerospace, automotive and military purposes.Skills and qualifications include the ability to work independently or in a group setting, effective listening skills, a positive and willing to learn attitude, time management, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, machining experience preferred but not required, efficient verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to stand for 8+ hours throughout a shift.Benefits once hired in include medical and dental insurance, group life and short-term disability insurance, additional voluntary coverage such as vision, additional life, short term disability, accidental and critical illness/events, IRA with 3% match, tuition reimbursement, uniforms, and annual reviews with raises.
