Welder - Pay $25 to $30/hr - Great Opportunity For Growth!

Join a custom fabrication team and work on unique projects using TIG and MIG welding. This is not a production job—you'll build custom products in a clean, modern, climate-controlled shop.

• Perform TIG welding on aluminum and stainless steel
• Perform MIG welding on steel, stainless steel, and aluminum
• Read blueprints, weld drawings, and welding symbols
• Prepare and fit materials for welding
• Help operate fabrication equipment such as press brakes, lasers, and punch presses
• Inspect finished welds for quality and accuracy
• Keep work area clean and safe
• Work on a variety of custom fabrication projects

• 2+ years of MIG and TIG welding experience or welding school training
• Experience welding aluminum, stainless steel, and carbon steel
• Ability to read blueprints and weld symbols
• Sheet metal fabrication experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and quality

• Experience with press brakes, punch presses, lasers, or turret machines
• Fabrication, forming, cutting, and assembly experience
• Team-oriented with good communication skills

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Paul, MN.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
