About the Job We are looking for a Speech-Language Pathologist who is interested in specializing in working with infants and young children! About Sunny Pediatric Services Sunny Pediatric Services is a team of SLPs, OTs, PT, and IBCLC who provide evaluations and therapy services for infants and children. Our team of passionate therapists collaborates to create the best outcomes for the families we serve. We prioritize ongoing learning for both our clients and our team members, offering continuous educational opportunities and mentorship programs. Work Environment Includes On-the-job training and mentorship. Continuing education and specialized training. Working with a collaborative team of therapists. Location: Home, in-office, and daycare visits in Tallahassee, FL. Position Responsibilities Perform initial and ongoing patient assessments. Develop individualized treatment plans. Provide therapy for infants/young children. Educate caregivers and building rapport with families. Foster a positive environment across settings. Qualifications Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Licensed in Florida as an SLP. ASHA certificate of clinical competency (CCC). Experience or interest in infants/young children. Highly motivated with strong leadership, critical thinking, and self-management skills. What We Offer Competitive hourly pay. Paid mileage. Mentorship in infant and pediatric feeding. Paid CEUs/professional dues. Electronic records management and billing are handled by the practice. Performance Bonuses.
