Practice Manager – Clinical Operations Primary location: Medical Office Building, 10238 E Hampton Ave, Mesa, AZ 85209. Category: Clinical Operations, Shift: Day (Mon‑Fri, 8:00AM‑5:00PM). Department: OBGYN – East Mesa. Candidate will lead daily operations of an outpatient clinic, including financial performance, employee engagement, compliance, and patient experience. Key Responsibilities Direct, coordinate, and manage all operations of an outpatient medical practice, including integrated services such as dental, nutrition, and behavioral health. Own strategic planning and financial management: prepare and execute budgets, approve payroll and inventory, ensure accurate charge capture, and maintain financial viability. Lead and develop staff, physicians, and leaders; recruit, onboard, retain, and provide performance feedback. Maintain accreditation and regulatory compliance; serve as compliance liaison and manage audits, education, and training. Collaborate with marketing to build community partnerships, support brand positioning, and promote location‑specific services. Monitor operations and workflow; revise procedures for efficiency and quality improvement. Foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement, and lead service recovery initiatives. Coordinate physical maintenance, equipment needs, and repair activities; resolve daily operational problems. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or Public Administration, or equivalent 4 years of related experience. Master’s degree preferred. Experience: Minimum 1 year of leadership in a physician practice; 3 years managing a physician practice or specialty/multi‑specialty physician group preferred. Licenses & Certifications: Required Fingerprint Clearance Card (FPC) and Certified Medical Practice Executive (CMPE) certification. Preferred MGMA membership. Skills: Leadership, team management, communication, multitasking, budget oversight, and policy stewardship.
