Job Details Location: Canton, OH 44706 Position Type: Full Time Education Level: High School Shift: Day Job Title: Outside Parts Sales Representative Responsibilities Sells heavy duty and light duty truck parts. Maintains a high level of customer satisfaction among all assigned accounts. Maintains thorough knowledge of all products and services sold by the company. Cultivates assigned customer territories and accounts. Conquest and grow new accounts. Primary Duties Maintains liaison with important customers. Promotes the sales of parts and accessories and acts as an advisor to wholesale or retail customers. Spends a part of each day in solicitation of new business. Successfully completes product and sales training courses as assigned. Develops and maintains full working knowledge of all company systems, procedures, and policies. Maintains parts-related correspondence. Keeps up to date on new products. Qualifications High School Diploma, Associate’s Degree (AA) preferred. Prior sales experience. Valid driver’s license. Ability to sit throughout the day while driving to and from various customer locations; average longest single duration approximately 1.5 hours; also able to sit while driving a forklift for short periods. Computer, mathematical, and customer service skills. Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, stoop and lift/move up to 75 lbs. on a regular basis. Ability to work in a dealership environment that includes 8‑12 hour days with frequent exposure to weather elements. Ability to demonstrate or display extensive product knowledge to customers and staff to assist with purchase decisions. Must be highly organized, detail oriented and results driven. #J-18808-Ljbffr
