We're looking for an experienced, passionate Restaurant Floor Manager to help lead our talented team and continue building on our incredible momentum.
What You'll Do
- Lead and inspire a high-performing front-of-house team.
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences every day.
- Coach, develop, and motivate staff.
- Maintain outstanding service and hospitality standards.
- Partner with culinary leadership to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Assist with scheduling, staffing, inventory, and labor management.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years restaurant management experience in a high-volume, fast paced environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- A passion for hospitality and team development.
- A hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced atmosphere.
- Someone who leads by example and loves creating memorable guest experiences.
