Full-Time | In Office | Orlando, FL
Impact Recruitment is seeking a Civil Engineer to join our client's growing land development team in Orlando. This position offers the opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of residential, commercial, industrial, and mixed-use development projects from concept through permitting. A Professional Engineer (P.E.) license is not required.

Key Responsibilities

• Design utility systems, including water, sanitary sewer, and stormwater infrastructure.
• Prepare grading, drainage, and site development plans.
• Perform stormwater analysis and modeling using ICPR4.
• Coordinate project design and permitting with local municipalities and regulatory agencies.
• Support and assist in directing design efforts for land development projects.
• Manage multiple projects while meeting established schedules and deadlines.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, surveyors, and internal project teams.
• Attend project meetings, client meetings, and public hearings as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of civil engineering or land development design experience.
• Experience with grading, drainage design, and ICPR4.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; Civil 3D experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of land development design and permitting processes.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
