• Hours/Week: 36 hours (4 days one week, 3 days the next)

• License/Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, CPI or MOAB required
• Experience: Minimum 2 years ER/ED experience required; trauma experience preferred

• Hourly Pay Rate: $46.90 per hour

What You'll Do

• Provide emergency nursing care to patients of all ages and acuity levels in a busy ER setting
• Manage ventilators, critical care drips, and cardiac rhythm interpretation
• Assist with procedures such as TPA administration, conscious sedation, and wound care
• Monitor and interpret cardiac strips, hemodynamic lines, drains, and chest tubes
• Assist the hospital team with trauma stabilization and patient assessments
• Document patient care accurately using Meditech Expanse EMR system
• Collaborate with hospitalists, ED physicians, RTs, and support staff to deliver quality care
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during all stages of treatment

What You Need
Required:

• Valid RN license in applicable state
• Minimum 2 years ER or ED experience with trauma experience preferred
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, CPI or MOAB certifications
• Ability to manage ventilators, critical care drips, cardiac interpretation, and emergency procedures
• Ability to pass a comprehensive EKG competency exam before start

Preferred:

• Experience with Meditech Expanse EMR
• Prior travel or acute care experience in fast-paced environments
• Strong skills in trauma, stroke care, and complex patient management
