What You'll Do As an Associate Attorney, you will manage a caseload while working closely with clients, claims professionals, and fellow attorneys. Responsibilities include: Analyzing legal and factual issues and conducting legal research. Developing and implementing defense strategies on behalf of clients. Drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, and written discovery. Providing timely legal advice and case updates to clients and claims professionals. Communicating with judges, opposing counsel, witnesses, and other parties. Managing cases efficiently from assignment through resolution. Preparing witnesses and evidence for depositions, mediations, and hearings. Representing clients at hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings. Qualifications Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. 2–5 years of legal experience preferred. Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Exceptional organizational and time‑management skills. Attention to detail and commitment to client service. Self‑motivated with a strong work ethic and desire to learn.
