Closets By Design , a leader in the home organization industry, is seeking a Machine Operator to join our growing team. If youre detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and enjoy working with your hands in a fast-paced production environment we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up machines for production, including cleaning and calibration
• Feed raw materials or parts into semi-automated machines
• Monitor machine output to identify and correct defects or errors
• Perform light maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
• Expedite orders and respond to urgent requests as needed
• Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times
• Other duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications:

• Basic maintenance and mechanical skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic measurements
• Experience with quality control processes
• Familiarity with safety gear and workplace safety regulations

Bonus Skills (Not Required, But a Plus):

• Experience with high-speed machinery
• Knowledge of measuring tools such as calipers or micrometers
