Responsibilities:

• Data entry and auditing of new hire paperwork in a timely and accurate manner
• Review system entry and paperwork submissions from clients thoroughly
• Work closely with all departments to ensure employee data is correct and complete at all times
• Manage I-9 and E-Verify processes
• Client billing
• Employment verifications
• Employee file maintenance

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of office experience
• High School Diploma
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Superior customer service
• Strong data entry skills with attention to accuracy
• Excellent written/verbal communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Demonstrated proficient level of database knowledge and experience
• Ability to organize and focus on detail while managing multiple responsibilities
• Discretion to handle confidential information
