As a Business Systems Analyst Senior within PNC's Asset Management Group organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Dallas, TX, or Strongsville, OH. Due to the nature of the position, we are looking for candidates with the following skills: Partner with Wealth Management, Investment Management, Operations, Compliance, and Technology stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements. Facilitate requirement gathering sessions, workshops, and stakeholder interviews. Create and maintain business requirements documents (BRDs), user stories, process flows, use cases, functional specifications, and data mapping documentation. Translate complex business needs into actionable technical requirements. Perform gap analyses and recommend process improvements and technology solutions. Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily standups, reviews, and retrospectives. Develop detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria. Job Description Participates in analyzing business requirements and production specifications for changes made to technology applications. Formulates and defines the system scope and objectives, based on user needs and business processes . Directs business process improvement projects for internal business groups, aiming to improve business results . Identifies and documents all system constraints, implications and consequences of various proposed system changes . Provides recommendations for addressing and resolving business issues, for a specific business group . Education Bachelors Certifications No Required Certification(s) Licenses No Required License(s) Pay Transparency Base Salary: $40,000.00 – $116,875.00 Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
