Physician Family Practice-Without OB - Competitive Salary

Job Description

Enterprise Medical Recruiting is assisting a physician group in Houma, Louisiana, about 50 miles south of New Orleans, to recruit an outpatient family medicine physician. This is a community-based practice with an outpatient clinic. No call, weekend, or inpatient responsibilities are required. The clinic is replacing a physician who relocated and is looking to provide care for the community.

Practice Details:

Seeking a board-certified or eligible Internist or Family medicine Physician
Strictly outpatient setting.
Teaching Opportunity – work with Medical Students
Monday – Friday work week with traditional office hours
Some physicians live in New Orleans and drive down for work

Compensation/Benefits:

275K guarantee (negotiable for experienced physicians)
Sign On bonus
Relocation allowance available

About Houma, Louisiana:

Houma, Louisiana, is located conveniently 50 miles south of New Orleans. The majority of the physicians in the community commute daily with an easy drive, lacking traffic. Part of Terrebonne Parish – Known for endless bayous, dark-water swamps, red crawfish, and food festivals, Terrebonne Parish is a unique part of “Cajun Country."
