Job Responsibilities and Customer Service Principles Operate MRI equipment to perform MRI and MRA procedures independently. Promote high-level customer service by understanding and exceeding patient expectations. Display a caring attitude, respect, and professionalism to patients. Develop consistency in service delivery to build trust and loyalty. Be a team player to enhance overall clinic performance. Duties and Technical Skills Perform MRI/MRA procedures and operate related equipment accurately. Ensure patient comfort and immobilization during scans. Evaluate image quality and maintain proper documentation. Maintain MRI equipment, supplies, and safety protocols. Participate in ongoing education and training activities. Knowledge, Skills, and Certification Requirements Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and magnetic safety. Skill in operating MRI machines and recognizing subtle differences in images. Ability to communicate clearly and provide patient reassurance. High school diploma or equivalent required.
