Utilize multiple craft skills including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry to complete minor repairs under supervision.

Diagnose issues using blueprints, manuals, and parts catalogs; dismantle equipment to access defective parts.

Operate and inspect heavy machinery and powered equipment following safety procedures and certification requirements.

Respond to emergency maintenance calls and coordinate vehicle maintenance and transportation as needed.

Maintain compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and ethical standards while supporting team collaboration.

Proven ability to perform routine preventive maintenance and minor repairs across multiple crafts including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.

Experience inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing facilities, equipment, or fixtures using blueprints, repair manuals, and parts catalogs.

Proficiency in operating hand tools, power tools, heavy machinery, and material handling equipment safely and effectively.
