General Helper

Our client, a leading organization in the food manufacturing industry, is seeking a dedicated and motivated General Helper to join their team. As a General Helper, you will be an essential part of the production support team, assisting with various operational tasks to ensure a safe, clean, and efficient work environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, teamwork, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: General Helper

Location: Brook Park, OH

2nd shift Monday thru Friday, 2p – 10:30p = $22.23/HR
3rd Shift  Monday-Saturday 10:30pm-6:30am = $22.48/HR

• Assist with mixing and blending tasks, supporting food production processes
• Perform general cleaning and housekeeping of production areas to maintain safety and quality standards
• Stage materials throughout the day for production and upcoming shifts
• Relieve other positions during breaks, lunches, or when needed, including roles such as front operator, system operator, or warehouse support
• Ensure the washroom is clean, organized, and free from buildup, including securing chemical cabinets and cleaning floors and sinks

What's Needed?

• No prior experience required; training will be provided
• Some knowledge of mixing/blending and food production is preferred
• Ability to perform general cleaning and housekeeping duties effectively
• Willingness to work on the 2nd or 3rd shift as assigned
• Ability to follow safety, legal, and quality standards diligently
