Make a meaningful difference as a travel Occupational Therapist working in Tucker, GA. Provide home health occupational therapy services to patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities to help them regain or improve daily living, work, and community skills. Perform evaluations, develop and update plans of care, document progress, and collaborate with physicians, family members, and other care team members. This role includes home visits and periodic office meetings. Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and agency-required liability insurance are required.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Current, active, and unencumbered Occupational Therapist license for the state of assignment (Georgia) is required to start the assignment.
• Experience providing occupational therapy in home health settings preferred.
• Familiarity with home environment evaluations and making appropriate recommendations.
• Ability to supervise and evaluate Occupational Therapy Assistants and Home Health Aides as assigned.
• Current CPR certification.
• Proficiency with basic computer functions including email, internet navigation, and electronic documentation systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2–3 years of occupational therapy experience preferred.
• Experience with care planning, in-service education, and interdisciplinary communication preferred.

Assignment Details

• Shift: Nights, 5 shifts per week, 8 hours per shift.
• Primary work setting: Home visits with periodic office meetings.
• Must have reliable transportation and current driver’s license.
• May be required to supervise therapy assistants and home health aides as assigned.
