Our products touch people’s lives worldwide. Job Location Attleboro, MA. An on‑site position at Vishay Barry’s 40,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility with about 70 employees. Responsibilities Perform loading, unloading, alignments, cleaning, and maintaining machines. Read and interpret product prints and drawings. Inspect parts and remove rejects. Apply technical knowledge, learn quickly, work independently, and demonstrate high motivation. Float to meet production needs as required. Follow written work orders, instructions, and standard operating procedures. Complete work accurately while adhering to all required safety rules. Pay rate: $21 per hour. Qualifications High school diploma or GED equivalent required. 3+ years of experience in a machine shop environment or manufacturing machine operations required. Experience with Bridgeport, Kickpress, Furnace, Tubbing, and/or Blasting preferred. Experience with microscopes, understanding of tolerances, and measurement tools. Ability to learn new products quickly, accomplish goals, work independently, and remain highly motivated.
