What Youll Do

Greet donors and provide friendly, professional customer service
Accept, sort, and process incoming donations
Assist donors with unloading items safely
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized donation area
Follow safety procedures and Goodwill guidelines
Represent Goodwills mission in every interaction

What Were Looking For

Customer service, retail, warehouse, or labor experience preferred (not required)
Friendly, reliable, and team-oriented attitude
Strong communication skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working with diverse customers and team members

Physical Requirements

Lift and move items up to 50 lbs regularly
Frequent standing, bending, and walking
Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
