About The Team As a Sr Manager, Product Management within our Staff Operations organization, you will lead the strategic vision dedicated to one of our core enterprise functions—HR, Finance, or Risk Management. You will champion a specific portfolio of tools to build intuitive, scalable products that power that specific domain. This is a senior-level role where you'll balance shaping your product roadmaps, guiding complex processes, and keeping operations running efficiently. Minimum and maximum full‑time annual salaries for this role are listed by location: McLean, VA: $200,700 - $229,100 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management; $164,800 - $188,100 for Manager, Product Management Richmond, VA: $182,500 - $208,300 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management; $149,800 - $171,000 for Manager, Product Management New York, NY: $219,000 - $249,900 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management; $179,700 - $205,100 for Manager, Product Management Other locations: salary ranges will align with the corresponding location and will be reflected in the offer letter. This role is eligible to earn performance‑based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long‑term incentives (LTI). Incentives may be discretionary or non‑discretionary depending on the plan.
