Part Time - Phlebotomist-Eustis

Job Overview Labcorp is a global leader in diagnostic testing and drug development solutions. We are seeking a Phlebotomist to work in a Patient Service Center. In this role you will provide exceptional customer service, perform skilled specimen collections, and represent the company face‑to‑face. Work Schedule 20 hours weekly, Monday – Friday 7:00am to 11:00am, with rotating Saturdays. Responsibilities Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, and other laboratory tests Perform accurate and timely data entry of patient information Process billing information and collect payments when required Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis Maintain patient and specimen information logs Provide superior customer service to all patients Perform administrative and clerical duties as necessary Travel to additional sites when needed Complete other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Preferred Qualifications Phlebotomy certification or a completed training program from an accredited agency Six months or more of phlebotomy experience Additional Job Standards In lieu of work experience, a Phlebotomy certification or completed training program is acceptable Ability to pass a standardized color‐blindness test Flexibility to work overtime as needed Exceptional customer service and strong communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work independently or as part of a team Comfortable working under minimal supervision Reliable transportation Benefits Employees scheduled 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement, and Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
