Full-stack .NET Engineer

We thank you for your understanding. 100% onsite in Tampa, FL (open to applicants willing to relocate, but must be onsite day 1) Positions Overview Reporting to the Credit Risk Application Technology Manager, this role will be responsible for working on the application development and support initiatives within the Enterprise Functions Technology Organization. This person is expected to work closely with the Business Users, Architects, System Integrators, Quality Engineers and Developers who are building and supporting the Credit Risk Applications. With deep expertise and proven success using analytical thinking and iterative problem-solving, you will manage programs and processes strategically and tactically, balancing the needs of multiple stakeholders and making sound decisions using data, analysis, past experience, and a risk mindset. You will serve as a trusted advisor who routinely solves complex business problems and delivers against milestones while developing your skills, expanding your network, and advancing your career. Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement scalable and reliable software solutions using Kafka, ElasticSearch, and other modern technologies. Contribute to the architecture and design of our cloud-native infrastructure. Write clean, maintainable, and well‑documented code. Participate in code reviews and collaborate with other team members to ensure high code quality. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner. Pick up new technology and switch between tech stacks with a minimum of fuss. Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 5-7 years of software development experience, including experience developing and supporting cloud-based infrastructure as code. Strong proficiency with event streaming platforms (e.g., Kafka). Expertise in Elasticsearch, including query optimization, indexing, and data analysis. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS. Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience writing test cases.
