What You'll Do:

• Independently assess patients to develop tailored treatment plans
• Evaluate, implement, and adjust physical therapy interventions
• Collaborate with physicians, patients, and families to determine appropriate equipment and goals
• Document patient progress regularly, adhering to department and regulatory standards
• Manage a typical outpatient caseload including orthopedics, balance, deconditioning, and pain management
• Recognize when additional testing or interventions are needed
• Ensure safety and quality care during all therapy services

What You Need:

• Valid TX or Compact License in Physical Therapy
• BLS (AHA) certification
• Prior outpatient therapy experience preferred
• Ability to work independently, demonstrate good judgment, and communicate effectively
