Independent Living Counselor Empower Visually Impaired

The North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) invites applications for an Independent Living Rehabilitation Counselor (ILRC) serving visually impaired, blind, or deaf-blind clients to maintain independence at home or in the community.
