\n Inergroup is hiring immediately for Third Shift Production Lead jobs in Jackson GA. As a Production Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring that the production line is actively engaged to meet or exceed safety, quality, production, and daily customer demand metrics in a production environment. The Production Lead also drives continuous improvement across key business objectives and provide training to the line cell. Weekly pay starting at $21/hr and great benefits available.\n

Requirements: \n

• \n

  \n High School Diploma or GED required\n

\n
• \n

  \n 2-5 years Warehouse Experience\n

\n
• \n

  \n Must have a basic knowledge of lean manufacturing.\n

\n
• \n

  \n Previous management in a production environment\n

\n
• \n

  \n Strong math skills and attention to detail\n

\n
• \n

  \n Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, time-restricted environment\n

\n
• \n

  \n General Professional Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English. (Bilingual a plus)\n

\n
• \n

  \n Adhere to company safety standards\n

\n

\n

\n Responsibilities: \n

\n
• \n

  \n Acts as front line for direction, instruction, and training of staff.\n

\n
• \n

  \n Works in coordination with Production Supervisors and other Line Leaders to manage the daily operations of assigned employees\n

\n
• \n

  \n Communicates and trains the assembly process using the batch production record\n

\n
• \n

  \n Uses basic problem-solving skills to ensure stable operation of the line.\n

\n
• \n

  \n Maintains a clean and organized work area to facilitate production functions.\n

\n
• \n

  \n Supports employee(s) by answering questions and assisting where needed.\n

\n
• \n

  \n Achieves required safety, quality, delivery and performance levels.\n

\n
• \n

  \n Fosters a culture of continuous improvement.\n

\n
• \n

  \n Performs other related duties as assigned by management.\n

\n

\n Schedule: \n

\n This is a 3rd shift position, and candidates must be available to interview during 3rd Shift hours.\n
