What You'll Do

As a Production Worker, you'll play a key role in supporting production operations and ensuring products meet quality and customer standards.

Primary Responsibilities

• Assist in the operation of blown film production lines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Operate equipment used to convert large rolls of plastic film into smaller finished rolls according to specifications.
• Safely utilize shaft hoists and material-handling equipment to move and position product.
• Load, tape, tag, and prepare cores for production runs.
• Handle, move, and position plastic rolls weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Package, label, and palletize finished products according to customer requirements and company standards.
• Perform trim replacement and barrel changeovers as needed during production.
• Box, label, and load finished plastic rolls throughout the shift.
• Change machine cutting knives following established safety and quality procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

• Comfortable performing repetitive lifting and material handling throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Dependable work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and work effectively as part of a team.
• Manufacturing, production, warehouse, or machine operation experience is a plus, but not required.

Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hudson, WI.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
