️ Internal Medicine Physician – 100% Outpatient
High Desert, CA (Hesperia & Apple Valley) | Mission-Driven | Space to Thrive

Your Role

100% Outpatient Internal Medicine
Monday–Friday, 40-hour schedule (optional Saturday coverage)
Care for diverse, underserved communities
Collaborative, team-based care environment
Modern EMR systems

Compensation That Delivers

$270,000 – $310,000 base salary (DOE)
$30,000 sign-on bonus
$10,000 relocation assistance
