Job Title: Home Health RN Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Home Health Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours (08:00 - 16:30) Experience: 1 year of Skilled Home Health Experience License: Oregon State License Required Certifications: BCLS Required Must-Have: - Experience with Oasis - Own transportation Description: Seeking a Home Health RN for a skilled nursing position. The role involves providing care for adult and geriatric patients. The RN will be responsible for visiting up to 6 patients per day. Ratios will be 1:1 for patient visits. The facility emphasizes minimizing drive time between visits. Expected productivity points standard is 30 per day. The RN will not be required to float between units. No weekend coverage or on-call shifts are required. Business casual attire is expected, with scrubs allowed but not mandatory. Charting will be done via EPIC Remote Client and Rover applications. The facility requires primary series COVID vaccination plus one booster. The RNs are expected to follow infection control precautions and maintain safety standards. Additional patient care tasks may include wound care and medication administration. References are required covering relevant experience within the last three years.
