Requirements: Valid Board-Certified Behavior Analyst certification via the Behavior Analyst Certification Board required. 2 years of experience in the school setting preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:

• Providing essential support and specialized care to students with behavioral needs (BCBA)
• Collaborating with school staff, therapists, and families to develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans
• Conducting student assessments and progress monitoring to inform intervention strategies
• Maintaining thorough documentation and ensuring compliance with all regulatory and ethical guidelines applicable to BCBA practice
• Supporting school-based speech therapy and educational goals as needed
