I opened my agency in 2000 and currently lead a team of three. Before becoming an agent with State Farm, I worked in auto claims, which gave me firsthand experience helping customers through challenging situations and understanding the importance of having the right protection in place. I’m a graduate of Fordham University and have spent my career focused on building strong relationships and helping customers make informed decisions about their insurance needs. As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Greg Thomas - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
