I opened my agency in 2000 and currently lead a team of three. Before becoming an agent with State Farm, I worked in auto claims, which gave me firsthand experience helping customers through challenging situations and understanding the importance of having the right protection in place. I’m a graduate of Fordham University and have spent my career focused on building strong relationships and helping customers make informed decisions about their insurance needs. As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Greg Thomas - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. As an attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
