A well-established, highly respected employer in the Glens Falls region is seeking a Payroll & Benefits Specialist to join its collaborative HR team supporting 600+ employees in a dynamic 24/7 operation.

This is not a "same payroll every week" environment it's an opportunity for someone who enjoys digging into timecards, solving payroll puzzles, partnering with leaders, and helping employees navigate payroll and benefits questions with confidence and professionalism.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Support weekly payroll processing for 600+ employees (hourly + salaried)
• Review timecards, investigate discrepancies, correct punches, and coordinate with supervisors/managers
• Help administer benefits programs including enrollments, deductions, HSA/FSA/401(k), and employee changes
• Maintain accurate records, reporting, and payroll documentation
• Provide responsive employee support in a people-focused, relationship-driven culture

What We're Looking For:

• Payroll experience in a high-volume, fast-moving environment
• Comfort handling hourly payroll, timecards, variable schedules, and payroll follow-up/investigation
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively
• Solid computer and communication skills
• ADP experience helpful but not required
• Manufacturing, retail, healthcare, staffing, logistics, or other complex/24/7 payroll environments are highly transferable

You don't need to know every aspect of benefits administration coming in payroll strength, learning agility, and the ability to stay organized under pressure are what matter most.
