Technical Customer Support Associate

To support a growing customer service team, the full-time Technical Customer Support Associate will provide detailed assistance to customers via phone and email, working remotely and managing flexible schedules that include weekends and holidays. Key responsibilities Providing prompt and efficient service to customers while engaging directly through various communication channels Collaborating with other support teams to ensure a consistent and high-quality level of customer support Acting as an advocate for customers by identifying areas for improvement and suggesting innovative solutions Required qualifications 2+ years of customer service experience Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, nights, and holidays Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications Fluency in Italian, both spoken and written
