Project Manager - Travel Delivery Lead

As a Travel Delivery Lead Senior Associate you will leverage your strong organizational, communication, teamwork, and problem‑solving skills to deliver on highly strategic travel initiatives in close partnership with our Product Managers and Business Analysts. You will work cross‑functionally with partner teams—Tech, Design, Marketing, Risk, Legal and third‑party partners—to bring our innovative travel features to market and manage large‑scale marketing and product rollouts. Key Responsibilities Ultimate Project Owner: Remove blockers, move the program forward and deliver value for customers and the business. Coordinate execution: Develop and maintain delivery execution plans. Track progress against timelines and risks; be ‘in‑the‑know’ side by side with product, tech, design, marketing and well‑managed conversations across teams to ensure nothing falls through the cracks. Steward of documentation: Create structure for defining, executing and maintaining system documentation to assist with onboarding, collaboration, updates and launch. Dependency mapping, tracking and resolution: Develop and maintain dependency maps; coordinate timelines and requirements with dependent teams, including tech, product, design, marketing and external partners. Stakeholder management: Connect with stakeholders to set expectations, problem‑solve issues and remove blockers; lead delivery prep meetings, develop launch materials and facilitate go / no‑go decisions. Status tracking and reporting: Create and distribute systemized status reporting on delivery progress to Product & Tech leadership, and provide ad‑hoc updates as needed. Steward of well‑managed processes: Track and champion well‑managed processes for risk, legal and compliance. Testing planning and support: Work hands‑on with product and tech to execute test scenarios and provide lift for the dev and product teams; own testing documentation and keep the team and partners on track to complete testing ahead of launches. Ideal Candidate Self‑Starter: Willing and able to create repeatable processes that simplify execution and insert themselves into work streams to autonomously deliver value. Team Player: Build strong relationships with tech and product partners to work cross‑functionally and centralize information from many teams. Systems Thinker: Connect the dots between how different technology systems work together and propose efficient ways of working. Communicator: Strong communicator who can inform stakeholders on status, progress and impediments. Comfortable with technology: Understands basic building blocks of tech systems and can converse with PMs and Tech Leads about how components fit together; has knowledge and experience using project management tools such as Jira. Organizer: Build processes and tools that help the collective stay organized and provide clarity for team members and stakeholders. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree or military experience. At least 3 years of experience in Business Process Management, Project Management, Relationship Management or Risk Management. At least 3 years using Google Suite products. At least 3 years leading technology delivery projects. Preferred Qualifications Master’s or MBA degree. 4+ years of experience in Business Process Management, Project Management, Relationship Management or Risk Management. This role is also eligible to earn performance‑based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long‑term incentives (LTI).
