Hospice Patient Care RN Manager

SouthernCare, a Gentiva company, is seeking a Hospice Patient Care RN Manager to lead clinical hospice services in Tuscaloosa, AL. In this role, you will supervise RN and interdisciplinary care teams, coordinate patient care plans, and ensure regulatory and quality standards are met. You will oversee admissions, assessments, and symptom management while supporting families through education and emotional guidance.
