Maintenance DirectorCome join our management team!We are a privately owned long term care facility in Broomfield, Colorado.We are currently looking for a full time Maintenance Director to join our management team.Position Details:Creates and maintains effective markets for facility services by developing and sustaining referral relationships.Participates in weekly sales team meetings, reporting regularly on referral development and progress on target goals.Develops strategies to maximize admissions of residents in accordance with facility sales plan.Evaluates effectiveness and cost benefits of marketing tactics.
