Patient Recruitment Specialist

Supporting a multi-specialty clinical research site, the full-time Remote Patient Recruitment Specialist will assist Clinical Research Coordinators and Investigators in recruiting study participants for various clinical trials while adhering to regulatory guidelines. Key responsibilities Conduct daily recruitment activities and thorough phone screenings for assigned clinical trial protocols Engage with local physicians and medical providers to educate them about clinical trials and identify potential study participants Maintain and update the research database with participant information and assist with administrative tasks as needed Required qualifications Clinical research experience, particularly in patient recruitment, is strongly preferred Medical work experience with phone-based patient/customer service is required Proficient knowledge of medical terminology and GCP regulatory requirements Experience with electronic medical records is preferred Excellent oral and written communication skills
