They are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead ground‑up development of a critical fueling facility at a major regional airport. Key Responsibilities Direct the full project lifecycle of a greenfield aviation fueling infrastructure build exceeding $28M. Coordinate the efforts of over 20 subcontractors and 1–2 internal construction crews. Oversee scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and trade‑specific project documentation across civil, electrical, grading, structural, and fueling systems. Lead site activities, serving as the go‑to field representative across internal and external stakeholders. Build team accountability and performance culture while assisting in key hiring decisions. Ensure full compliance with aviation regulations and protocols within a live airport environment. Serve as primary point of contact across all project phases, with future opportunities to stay on for subsequent phases or transition into national project oversight roles. Candidate Profile 10+ years of experience in commercial or industrial construction project management. Demonstrated success leading large, multi‑trade infrastructure projects from ground‑up. Experience managing both subcontractors and internal self‑perform teams. Adept at managing budgets, schedules, and project execution from cradle to completion. Prior experience working on aviation or other highly regulated environments is strongly preferred. Self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑paced, hands‑on GC environment. Familiarity with airport construction is a plus, though not mandatory. Background in general contracting is preferred over owner’s rep experience.
