We are currently seeking an outstanding Care Associate for the Day Shift (7am – 7pm). This full-time position works three 12-hour shifts one week and four 12-hour shifts the alternating week. Responsibilities Assist all residents/clients with high-quality personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, shaving, incontinent care, foot care, vital signs, and height/weight checks per policy. Assist residents with mealtime, including cutting food and encouraging intake. Complete and document shift assignments; if unable to complete, report to the nursing supervisor. Communicate with residents, families, Department Heads, and the Director of Health Services as needed. Assist Life Enrichment in providing activities as planned and/or directed. Respond to call lights and emergencies in a timely manner. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required One (1) year of experience working as a CNA/HHA preferred Compensation Rate of Pay: $17.00 – $17.50 per hour plus shift differential and built-in overtime.
