• Shift: 5x8-hour days (08:00 - 16:00), plus night call on Mon/Tues, and weekend rounding with on-call duties
• Hours/Week: Variable, approximately 20–36 hours/week depending on schedule
• Employment Type: Temporary/Contract
• Licensure/Certifications: Board Certified in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry or General Psychiatry with completed CAP fellowship
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in adolescent psychiatric care, managing medications and behavioral interventions

Pay & Benefits:

• Hourly Rate: $273/hour
• Night Call Compensation: $750/night
• Weekly Pay Schedule via Direct Deposit

What You'll Do:

• Provide outpatient psychiatric care to adolescent patients at a leading facility in San Francisco
• Manage 6–12 patient visits per day, including psychiatric assessments, medication management, and therapy planning
• Lead treatment teams, develop individualized care plans, and collaborate with family members and multidisciplinary professionals
• Participate in weekend rounding with on-call duties, including admission orders when needed
• Utilize therapeutic interventions and behavioral management techniques for challenging adolescent behaviors
• Ensure compliance with legal, educational, and safeguarding protocols
• Document assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes accurately and promptly

What You Need:

• Active, unrestricted medical license in California
• Board Certification in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry or General Psychiatry with completed CAP fellowship
• 2+ years of relevant adolescent psychiatric experience
• Strong foundation in psychopharmacology and therapy modalities
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work effectively with diverse patient populations and their families
