Business Office Manager
Touchmark
As the Business Office Manager at Touchmark’s Ranch Retirement Community, you will work closely with the leadership team and the accounting team at Touchmark’s central office to oversee all business office and primary accounting functions. You will be responsible for accounts receivable, accounts payable, financial reporting, monthly invoicing, daily updates for community management, budgeting, and HR support. Qualifications A degree in business administration or accounting preferred Experience processing payroll Experience working with budgets for multiple departments Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office applications, with intermediate to advanced Excel skills Prior exposure to computerized accounting software; experience with RealPage property management software is a plus A genuine interest in working with a senior population Enjoy being part of a team A commitment to Touchmark’s values (Excellence, Teamwork, Hospitality, Integrity and Compassion), as well as a desire to model these values and to encourage others to be allies, friends and givers Responsibilities Work closely with the leadership team at the community, as well as the accounting team at Touchmark’s central office Oversee all business office and primary accounting functions Process payroll (semi-monthly) Oversee financial reporting and budgeting for the community Assist with monthly invoicing, primary accounts receivable and accounts payable Partner with leadership team in the community on budgeting and financial decisions Assist Regional HR Manager with administrative HR tasks Benefits Competitive compensation and benefits package for 30+ hour work Paid time off (including holidays) Health, dental, and vision insurance plans for employees and eligible dependents Education assistance Bonus and retirement plans Health care, dependent care, and commuter Flexible Spending Accounts On-Demand Pay allows you to access pay as you earn it Employee Assistance Program Supplemental insurance options #J-18808-Ljbffr
