Job Summary And Responsibilities As our Urgent Care Advanced Practice Provider, you will join our dynamic healthcare team dedicated to improving quality, enhancing patient experience, and advancing clinical standards for those we serve. Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with families and interdisciplinary teams Offer guidance and support to patients and families regarding educational resources and community services Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure a coordinated approach to care Stay current with research and best practices in urgent care to provide evidence‑based care Compensation and Benefits Hours are 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM Monday‑Friday and 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM on weekends (0.8 FTE). Compensation ranges from $98,032 to $130,373 per year. We offer a guaranteed base salary, a wRVU quarterly payout with an annual bonus incentive, a starting bonus, and relocation assistance. Retirement plans include 401(k) and 457(b). Requirements Physician Assistant Degree PA Certification Active Washington State License in good standing with no restrictions DEA, NPI & prescriptive authority Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association Strong clinical skills and experience diagnosing urgent‑care type issues Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment Commitment to providing high‑quality, compassionate care to all patients and families Preferred 1 year experience following training Where You'll Work Virginia Mason Franciscan Health has a rich history of providing exceptional healthcare, dating back to 1891.
